DATA & IMAGE POLICY
A source behind every claim.
Morrow’s product experience is designed around traceable sources, honest failure states, careful product matching, and explicit image rights.
Effective and last updated: September 3, 2026Source priority
- Brand-authorized API or product feed.
- Approved affiliate-network product feed.
- Machine-readable information published on the brand’s official product page where access and use are permitted.
- If no source can be verified, the field remains unavailable.
Morrow currently prioritizes official brand product pages. Third-party marketplace and department-store comparisons are paused until stable, authorized data access is available.
What “latest verified price” means
A displayed price is the most recent price Morrow successfully matched to the configured product and source. It is shown with a check time. It is not a promise of second-by-second availability and may differ at checkout because of size, color, location, membership, taxes, shipping, promotions, or a later retailer update.
Product identity and variants
Morrow uses available product identifiers—such as brand product code, SKU, MPN, GTIN, or a verified model-and-title match—to reduce false comparisons. A price is not treated as a match when the available evidence indicates a different model. Variant-level claims are shown only when the source identifies the relevant size or color clearly.
Price history and forecasting
- Successful observations are stored separately by product and source.
- Repeated checks record the price, currency, published availability, published inventory count when present, and timestamp.
- Morrow does not create a synthetic price when a source cannot be read.
- A forecast is withheld until at least 12 verified observations span at least 21 days.
- Forecasts are probabilistic shopping signals and can be wrong; they do not guarantee a future sale or available size.
Inventory and alerts
Most brands do not publish an exact quantity for every size. Morrow distinguishes a general availability label from a verified numeric inventory count. A “1, 3, or 5 left” alert can trigger only when a source publishes a sufficiently reliable count for the selected variant. Otherwise, the preference may be saved without making an inventory claim.
Product images and rights
- Morrow does not treat public visibility of a product image as permission to copy or republish it.
- Images may be displayed when supplied through an authorized product feed, covered by written permission, independently created with adequate rights, or otherwise permitted by applicable law and program terms.
- Rights metadata should record the source, permission basis, date, permitted transformations, and removal requirements.
- Until rights are confirmed, Morrow displays an image-license placeholder rather than downloading, caching, or hotlinking official photography.
- Brand names and trademarks are used only to identify products and their source unless a partnership is expressly stated.
Corrections and rights-holder requests
