PRIVACY POLICY
Your choices stay visible.
This policy explains the information Morrow processes, why we use it, when it may be shared, and how you can control or delete it.
Effective and last updated: September 3, 2026Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to shopmorrow.shop and Morrow features that link to it. It does not govern a brand, retailer, affiliate network, or other third-party site you visit after leaving Morrow.
Information we process
- Account information: if identity features are available and you use them, Morrow may receive your email address and display name from the identity provider.
- Browser identifier: a randomly generated identifier helps keep a browser’s saved items and settings together without requiring an account.
- Shopping preferences: watchlist and smart-bag items, selected sizes, and price or stock-alert settings.
- Personalization activity: only after you opt in, Morrow records product views, searches, saves, and bag actions made inside Morrow. We do not read your general browser history.
- Referral activity: product, brand, destination, time, and a unique click reference when you follow an outbound product link.
- Rewards records: if affiliate cashback is activated later, transaction references, purchase and commission amounts, and pending, confirmed, available, or reversed status.
- Technical information: hosting and security providers may process ordinary request, device, IP-address, and diagnostic data needed to deliver and protect the service.
How we use information
- Provide watchlists, bags, reminders, price history, and requested features.
- Rank recommendations when personalization is enabled.
- Record outbound referrals and, when activated, reconcile affiliate transactions and cashback.
- Maintain security, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and improve the service.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
Personalization and local storage
Morrow asks before enabling behavioral personalization. If you decline, behavior events are not added to your recommendation profile. Watchlist, bag, consent choice, and alert settings may also be stored in your browser so the site can remember them on that device.
You can turn personalization off, reset the recommendation profile, or delete the stored Morrow profile from the For You page. Clearing browser storage may also remove device-local information.
When information is shared
We may use hosting, database, security, identity, email, and other service providers to operate Morrow. They may process information only for the services they provide to us and subject to their applicable terms.
When you choose an outbound link, the destination retailer receives the normal information associated with a web request. If an approved affiliate program is activated, Morrow and the relevant network or retailer may exchange a click reference and transaction status for attribution, fraud prevention, commission, and cashback administration. Morrow does not send your internal style-interest profile to a brand for its own advertising.
Morrow does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction with appropriate safeguards.
Retention and security
We keep information only while it is reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or meet legal obligations. Retention varies by record type. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling. Morrow will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
Use the deletion control on the For You page or email hello@shopmorrow.shop. We may need to verify that the request relates to you. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law.
Children
Morrow is a general-audience shopping service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when Morrow’s features, partners, or legal obligations change. We will revise the date above and provide additional notice when required. Questions may be sent to hello@shopmorrow.shop.
